Virginia Gazette

In 2023, I reported for the Virginia Gazette, covering local government, education, and historical preservation in the Historic Triangle area of Virginia.

Some of my top stories included the Williamsburg-James City County school division withdrawing bus service for some elementary students (and then reversing that policy), James City County appointing a new police chief amid allegations of racism, and tension between the City of Williamsburg and JCC over a possible split of the joint school division.

Below are some highlights from my 43 published articles for the Virginia Gazette.
